A: The return on investment for my client is that they have a registered trademark for the next 10 years if UK based. This far outweigh the value of the services I provide.
Q: Ok, What will I lose out on by not investing the money?
A: Let's see: You will lose out on safeguarding your own hard work and potentially somebody else shows up and has the guts to register a mark that is confusingly similar to your's, which then in turn harms your business and bottom line result.

A: The money mindset these empire builders need is the kind of mindset that allows them the insight that what they are investing now will come back in brand recognition and reputation they can build up which will increase down the line. As a person with a legal background I do not speculate about this as it varies from empire to empire.
